Excellent and quick service from Vlad. My 10 year old LG dryer had started to make extremely loud squeaking noises to the point where it was unusable. Vlad was able to come out and check it out immediately at a time that worked me. After listening to it, he was confident about what was the likely problem and had all the parts with him already. He said he could repair it within 1-2 hours and gave me a price. Once he had it opened up he showed me all the problematic parts and checked all the belts. He explained each part he replaced and also what didn't need replacing. He also took the time to thoroughly clean the insides removing all internal dust and lint buildup (which reduces fire risk) and now it runs like new. I really appreciate the thorough job and quick service. I definitely recommend Vlad. ~ Haik A
I made an appointment today because my Wolf toaster latch was no longer staying down. I assumed it was just a bad spring, or something easy to fix. Rather than showing up and charging me a service fee, I received a call (I believe from the owner) telling me that the cost to repair it would be more than buying a new one. He said he did not want to charge me for something that wouldn't be worth it. The professionalism and care of customers easily shows with this action. I really appreciate your honesty, and for that you easily get 5 stars. ~ Sam M
